PARTS INTRODUCTION:


The main function of the paper feeder is to feed a whole sheet of paper tothemain engine continuously, which mainly includes: 

1. Feeder head: 

Feeder is an important part of the paper feeding machine, theroleistoseparate the top piece of paper with other paper,then forwardconveying. Adopt the way of four suction and four delivery to ensurethat thehighweight of mounting cardboard can also be feeding freely. 

2. Double sheet controller: 

Double-sheet controller function: when the feeder forwardconveyingpaper two or more than two pieces that will automatic alarmingtostop. 

3. Paper feeding wheels: 

The pressure of each paper feeding wheel is adjustedtothesame,toensure the smooth delivery of paper. 

4.Turning plate: 

When the paper is absorbed by the paper suction nozzletostart forward conveying, the turning plate start forward incline, After the paper is sent to the pattern roller, the turningplatecomesback and stands up.

MAIN SLITTING SYSTEM: 

1.Front Gauge,edge pull gauge The paper is rectangular, and the pull gauge edge distance is equal, their roleistoensure that the paper into the slitting knife, to ensure that the paper andthepull gauge into 90 degrees, to locate the precision of slitting. 


2. Inclined rollers/balls The function of them is that after the paper passes through the first slitting,thepaper is conveyed to the second slitting,make sure the paper is closetotherules. 


3.Press paper steel plate: Flatten the uneven paper so that the paper smoothly enters the pressfeedingsynchronous belt. 


4.Slitting knife rollers: Altogether two groups of bottom knives,two groups of top knives.Topslittingknifedivide into two kinds: dental knife & plan knife,the role is to divide thepaperintorectangular semi-finished cards.


5, pressure feeding synchronous belt: Function is feeding cutted paper cards into the cards separate rollers. 


6. Separate rollers: Adjust the pressure of the rollers,and rely on the speed difference betweenthefront and back rollers to pull off the paper cards with the connectionpoint, andsend it into the collatng groove.

CARDS DIE CUTTING SYSTEM: 

  1. Die cutting channel: Through the electric eye induction, the card of the paper receivingslot issent intothe die-cutting channel by the cylinder push paper lever to ensure theorderlypositioning of the card before die-cutting


  2. Paper orderly cylinder: After the cards enter the die-cutting channel, it starts to work by relyingontheflatpaper cylinder to clipping the cards orderly.


  3. Hydraulic cylinder: After the work of the paper orderly cylinder, the hydraulic cylinder starts to work, pressing the card in the channel vertically, with a route of 15 cm.


  4. Die cutter: The function is to make the semi-finished product to the card with smoothedgesand round corners.

CARDS COUNTING SYSTEM: 

The function is to put the die-cut cards into the paper receiving slot separately, take pictures with the probe, detect and count the number of eachcard, if anyerror is detected, it will automatically stop, and eliminate the two or threedeckofCards which with problem.Then start work again, if the continuous detectionofdisorderly cards phenomenon, it will alarm shutdown. 


  1. Stepping and moving of the conveyor belt can be realized by themotionoftheproximity switch sensing cylinder.


  2. Through the magnetic switch on the cylinder to send the cards intotherisingchannel. If the cylinder working not at the appointed position, the equipmentwill alarm and prompt.


  3. Send the cards into the card storage box through infrared induction.


  4. Divide the cards by adjusting the pressure of the two belts on theleft andrightof the licensing channel.


  5. Through the high-speed camera on the licensing channel and theinfraredsensor up & down on both ends, the number of cards can be countedandtheorder of cards can be detected correctly.


  6. Adjust the number of receiving cards through the operation interfacetorealizecollating box stepping.


  7. Through infrared induction, realize chaotic cards protection, if thereisachaoticcards,the device will alarming to prompt.


  8. Through the high-speed camera, the upper and lower infrared sensor andthemagnetic switch of the scrap card mouth, the scrap card will be pushedtothescrap card mouth.


  9. Through infrared induction to achieve the cards feeding.

CELLO WRAPPING SYSTEM: 

  1. Infrared induction system, the packed carton into theconveyorbeltofthe plastic sealing system.

  2. Use hob mode to cut the plastic film to the specifiedpackingspecifications.

  3. Then package the box through the packaging mold.

  4. Use heated aluminum plate to seal and formthe box.

  5. Then the finished product is conveyed out through theconveyorbelt.

TUCK BOX PACKING SYSTEM (OPTIONAL): 

  1. Use the proximity switch induction at the front end of theboxmachineto send the detected cards into the conveying channel of thetuckboxpacking machine

  2. Then through the infrared induction and proximity switch, toachievethe secondary card feeding.

  3. The function of the card system of the counting machineistoputthecards into the transmission channel of the box machine.

  4. Push the sorted cards into the box channel through theinductionswitch on the cylinder.

  5. Cards and Cartons using a customized packing moldtopackcardsinto the carton box.

  6. After box packing, through conveyor belt to feeding thecellowrappingsystem.
