PK54-55 Fully-automatic Cards Slitting Counting Wrapping Production Line Breif Introduction: 

Our company research and development of fully-automatic card sorting machine is mainly used for all kinds of paper cards, playing cards, educational learning cards, etc for slitting, collating ,die cutting, counting,wrapping,not only high efficiency, but also high slitting precision. 


Can be slitting of different specifications of the cards, and ensure the printing before and after collating cards in sequence. It is the ideal equipment for producing cards and paper cards of playing cards, board games and so on. 


The machine's internal electrical components are made of Schneider products imported from France, PLC ,Servo drive & Touch screen use Panasonic,Detla,etc .And the whole process of fully-automatic line is reflected as follows: automatic paper feeding, automatic vertical and horizontal slitting, automatic card collating, automatic cards die cutting, automatic counting detection, automatic tuck box packing and automatic cello wrapping.fully-automatic finish.

FEEDING SHEET SYSTEM: 

In order to obtain high quality of products, paper neatly stacked so that should be accurate to feeding the cutting department at a time. 

  1. If the paper is not flat, please make paper flat before put on the machine, there don’t allow adhesion phenomenon between papers.Before put paper on the machine that best with powder remove,it is advantageous to separate the paper.

  2. The paper suction device front and back the position adjustment, paper feeding head longitudinal movement can be adjusted by the support shaft front hand shank.the best situation is pressure paper foot forward into the paper pile 8-10 mm shall be best.

  3. Paper feeding head up and down position adjustment, should according to the height of the paper to adjust, when the paper is above the pile distance on turning down about 20 mm, the automatic detection switch work.Adjust the paper feeding head to make paper stack height above with 5-10 mm in distance to feeding paper.

  4. The paper separate, paper suction nozzle adjustment for accurately to separate paper and feed out, should head, adjust the suction nozzle height and degree.Suction nozzle rubber distance from paper 10-20 mm advisable.paper suction nozzle to slightly tilt, when separate paper suction nozzle have been sucked up the paper ,the rubber suction nozzle and paper parallel make paper suction nozzle go and back won't friction the paper.

  5. The other components of paper feeding part adjustment, front suck,back suck, blowing wind pressure feet the size of the air flow depend on valve knob to control, when the paper moving forward, the pressure on the pile of paper, blowing wind to make the paper easy to separate.

  6.  Note: every time to change the paper, must ensure that the blowing wind pressure foot to pressure on the pile when the machine is running, in case the paper stack to touch the paper head.

  7.  Back press paper ward paper: put them away from the paper pile of 1-2 mm, ward paper pole to prevent paper back.

  8. Separate Paper brush: these brush installation location , they allow the first piece of paper to separate with paper stack.

  9. Separate paper slice: located above paper stack, and stretched forth 3 -7 mm, the separate paper slice hard or soft degree can be adjusted according to the paper hard and soft.

  10. The back blowing: in the paper stack behind the pile of 5-10 mm, height of 1/3 above the pile of paper.

  11. Double paper controller: double paper controller in the middle point of shaft parts,above is equipped with two adjusting screws, were used to adjust the pressure wheel and testing of the roller up and down position.Adjustment according to the paper when its thickness is different, to adjust distance between the pressure wheel and the paper feed roller and tests on roller up and down position adjustment.Its action principle: when paper feeding head to feed two piece of paper sheet, by increasing the thickness of the paper, pressure wheel was paper friction occurs, the proximity switch action, the machine stop works.

    The main function of the paper feeder is to feed a whole sheet of paper to the main engine continuously, which mainly includes:

    1.Feeder head: Feeder is an important part of the paper feeding machine, the role is to separate the top piece of paper with other paper,then forward conveying. Adopt the way of four suction and four delivery to ensure that the high weight of mounting cardboard can also be feeding freely.

    2. Double sheet controller: Double-sheet controller function: when the feeder forward conveying paper two or more than two pieces that will automatic alarming to stop.

    3. Paper feeding wheels: The pressure of each paper feeding wheel is adjusted to the same, to ensure the smooth delivery of paper.

    4.Turning plate: When the paper is absorbed by the paper suction nozzle to start forward conveying, the turning plate start forward incline, After the paper is sent to the pattern roller, the turning plate comes back and stands up.


    MAIN SLITTING SYSTEM:

    1.Front Gauge,edge pull gauge The paper is rectangular, and the pull gauge edge distance is equal, their role is to ensure that the paper into the slitting knife, to ensure that the paper and the pull gauge into 90 degrees, to locate the precision of slitting. 2. Inclined rollers/balls The function of them is that after the paper passes through the first slitting,the paper is conveyed to the second slitting,make sure the paper is close to the rules.

    3.Press paper steel plate: Flatten the uneven paper so that the paper smoothly enters the press feeding synchronous belt. 4.Slitting knife rollers: Altogether two groups of bottom knives,two groups of top knives.Top slitting knife divide into two kinds: dental knife & plan knife,the role is to divide the paper into rectangular semi-finished cards.

    THE FIRST SLITTING:

    1. This part is mainly to complete the paper slitting, the machine used slitting knife is the dental knife, the dental knife made of special tool steel, total have two kinds of dental knife, one kind of slitting knife named dental knife , incomplete for paper cut with points, installed on both ends of a cutting knife shaft with a smooth dental knife, another kind of slitting knife named plan knife, used for slitting the paper completely, installed on the machine for the second time slitting knife shaft, slitting position can adjustment according to the size of the paper. Note: sharp blade cutter, be careful when handling adjustment.

    2. The adjustment of the dental knife,dental knife is installed on the knife shaft, can according to use the right & left hand shank to adjust dental knife up and down, can according to the different size of product to adjust size.

    3. The dental knife moving forwarder base on knife shaft, should loosen the screw,make sure the dental knife leave the bottom knife, otherwise it will damage the blade.

    4. The adjustment of the paper feed roller, paper feed roller pressure, the up and down feed roller touch should make sure have paper works between the rollers when running machine , feed paper roller rotation.Remain parallel on both ends.Feed paper roller surface should be clean, otherwise it will stain damaged paper.


    THE SECOND SLITTING:

    1. The department is mainly to complete the paper horizontal transfer and slitting.Secondary slitting with plan knife, quantity, install and adjustment same as the first slitting. 2. When the branch roller are working that up and down rubber roller is compaction.make sure left and right pressure same when press down the roller, will be subject to separate paper, not too tight.when after work should lift branch roller and keep clean. 5, pressure feeding synchronous belt: Function is feeding cutted paper cards into the cards separate rollers. 6. Separate rollers: Adjust the pressure of the rollers,and rely on the speed difference between the front and back rollers to pull off the paper cards with the connection point, and send it into the collatng groove. 


CARDS DIE CUTTING SYSTEM: 

  1. Die cutting channel: Through the electric eye induction, the card of the paper receiving slot is sent into the die-cutting channel by the cylinder push paper lever to ensure the orderly positioning of the card before die-cutting

  2. Paper orderly cylinder: After the cards enter the die-cutting channel, it starts to work by relying on the flat paper cylinder to clipping the cards orderly.

  3. Hydraulic cylinder: After the work of the paper orderly cylinder, the hydraulic cylinder starts to work, pressing the card in the channel vertically, with a route of 15 cm.

  4. Die cutter: The function is to make the semi-finished product to the card with smooth edges and round corners. 


CARDS COUNTING SYSTEM: 

The function is to put the die-cut cards into the paper receiving slot separately, take pictures with the probe, detect and count the number of each card, if any error is detected, it will automatically stop, and eliminate the two or three deck of Cards which with problem.Then start work again, if the continuous detection of disorderly cards phenomenon, it will alarm shutdown. 

  1. Stepping and moving of the conveyor belt can be realized by the motion of the proximity switch sensing cylinder.

  2. Through the magnetic switch on the cylinder to send the cards into the rising channel. If the cylinder working not at the appointed position, the equipment will alarm and prompt.

  3. Send the cards into the card storage box through infrared induction.

  4. Divide the cards by adjusting the pressure of the two belts on the left and right of the licensing channel.

  5. Through the high-speed camera on the licensing channel and the infrared sensor up & down on both ends, the number of cards can be counted and the order of cards can be detected correctly.

  6. Adjust the number of receiving cards through the operation interface to realize collating box stepping.

  7. Through infrared induction, realize chaotic cards protection, if there is a chaotic cards,the device will alarming to prompt.

  8. Through the high-speed camera, the upper and lower infrared sensor and the magnetic switch of the scrap card mouth, the scrap card will be pushed to the scrap card mouth.

   9.Through infrared induction to achieve the


CELLO WRAPPING SYSTEM: 

  1. Infrared induction system, the packed carton into the conveyor belt of the plastic sealing system.

  2. Use hob mode to cut the plastic film to the specified packing specifications.

  3. Then package the box through the packaging mold.

  4. Use heated aluminum plate to seal and form the box.

   5. Then the finished product is conveyed out through.
